Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely diced
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Parsley
  • basil
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the mushrooms in butter, season with salt and pepper, and add the remaining ingredients. Sauté everything together briefly again. Then add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. White bread goes best with this dish.
