Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, brown
- 200 g cream
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 3 spring onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp, heaped tomato paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
tastes good as a starter with white bread
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Thinly slice the spring onions and finely dice the garlic clove. Sauté the mushrooms with the onions and garlic and add tomato paste. Deglaze with the stock and cream and reduce. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon. Serve the mushrooms with white bread.
