Mushrooms with Beef Minute Steak Strips

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Beef minute steaks
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic large
  • 5 Brown mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cognac
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • Herb butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  • Cut the beef slices into strips and halve them again.
  • The mushrooms should be large, otherwise take more. Cut into thin slices.
  • Heat the high-temperature oil in the wok, fry the meat briefly, deglaze with cognac and ignite.
  • Pull the meat to the edge and put the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the middle and let them simmer.
  • The onions become translucent, the mushrooms smooth, mix everything together ... season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.
  • Add a little herb butter, done!
