Mushrooms with Beef Minute Steak Strips

  • 100 g Beef minute steaks
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic large
  • 5 Brown mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cognac
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • Herb butter
  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  2. Cut the beef slices into strips and halve them again.
  3. The mushrooms should be large, otherwise take more. Cut into thin slices.
  4. Heat the high-temperature oil in the wok, fry the meat briefly, deglaze with cognac and ignite.
  5. Pull the meat to the edge and put the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the middle and let them simmer.
