Ingredients
- 100 g Beef minute steaks
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic large
- 5 Brown mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Cognac
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Herb butter
Instructions
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the beef slices into strips and halve them again.
- The mushrooms should be large, otherwise take more. Cut into thin slices.
- Heat the high-temperature oil in the wok, fry the meat briefly, deglaze with cognac and ignite.
- Pull the meat to the edge and put the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the middle and let them simmer.
- The onions become translucent, the mushrooms smooth, mix everything together ... season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.
- Add a little herb butter, done!
