Mustard-chive dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Chives, chopped, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for raw food etc.

Mix all ingredients together. If you prefer a spicier mustard, add a little more sugar. The mustard flavor shouldn’t be too strong. Feel free to let it steep for a bit, but in a pinch, it tastes delicious as is! It goes really well with raw vegetables (especially carrots and cucumbers), bread, fondue, etc.
