  • 1 tsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • n. B. Chives, chopped, for sprinkling

Instructions

Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl. Serve sprinkled with chives.
