Ingredients for 8 servings:
- ½ jar mustard
- 13 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 200 ml oil
- 150 ml vinegar, light, mild
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for salad
Mix the mustard with sugar, salt, and pepper. Then add the oil and stir until well blended. Finally, whisk in a light, mild vinegar until everything forms a nice, well-blended sauce.
