Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg cucumber(s)
  • 1 liter of vinegar
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 500 g mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Cut the cucumbers into strips and let them stand in salt for 2 hours. Bring the vinegar, sugar, and mustard to a boil. Dry the cucumbers and boil them in vinegar water for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to small preserving jars while still hot.
