Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ bunch chives
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs. Let them cool, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the chives and parsley. Place everything in a bowl. Add the sour cream, Miracle Whip, and mustard and mix together. Season with salt and pepper.
