My brilliant power muesli (basic recipe)

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g coarsely ground oats (or other grains of your choice)
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • some cream
  • Seasonal fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 10 minutes

Fresh grain muesli, fresh grain porridge

Soak the crushed oats, sunflower seeds, raisins, and flaxseed overnight. The next morning, grate the apple and mash the banana with a fork. Mix the apple and banana with lemon juice. Add the soaked cereal. Season to taste with liquid cream. Add seasonal fruit, such as berries, grapes, peaches, or fruit salad. Additional sweeteners are absolutely unnecessary; the fruit sweetness is sufficient. Children also love this muesli; it’s a delicious, yet nutritious start to the day. Tip: You can also add dried fruit if you don’t have any fresh fruit, but I would also soak this overnight.
