Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

crisp salads with a selection of fresh fruits

This salad is perfect for those who find a regular mixed salad too boring. The fruit gives it a wonderfully fresh and crisp taste without being too sweet. I even managed to convince the toughest critics. Prepare the lettuce and chop it into small pieces. Wash the cucumber, including the peel, and slice it thinly. Prepare the bell pepper, apple, and pear and cut them into small sticks or small pieces. Wash the grapes. Place everything in a large bowl and mix. Carefully clean the raspberries and sprinkle them over the salad. Serve with a dressing of your choice. I recommend dahooky’s raspberry vinegar dressing (it goes perfectly with it).
