Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml water
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 pinch(s) pepper, mixed, freshly ground
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tsp Fondor
- 1 tsp salad herbs
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
best with leaf salads
Combine all ingredients except the oil in a salad bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Season to taste, if desired. For a to-go version, simply combine everything in a shaker. Add the washed salad to the prepared dressing. Just before serving, add the oil and mix well again.
