Nachos Cheese Dip
The perfect nachos cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 50 ml Cream
- 120 g Chester Sliced Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Harissa paste
- Slowly heat the cream with sour cream in a small saucepan on level 4-5. At the appropriate temperature, add cheese to the slices and stir until the mixture has a creamy consistency. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down. When the mixture is lukewarm, stir in the cream cheese. Season the dip with harissa. Then serve the dip with nachos.
