Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 3,500 g sliced ​​pork neck
  • 300 g cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the raw, sliced ​​neck on a baking sheet so that the individual slices overlap. Spread the cheese over it, season with salt and pepper. Spread the sour cream on top until well coated. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F), then bake at 170°C (350°F) for about 1 hour.
