  • 500 ml white wine
  • 2 liters of sparkling wine (elderflower sparkling wine)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Elderflower sparkling wine with marinated nectarines

Wash the nectarines, remove the stones, and cut into small pieces. Pour the white wine over them in a bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours. Chill the elderflower sparkling wine (preferably homemade) as well. To serve, first place a few pieces of nectarine in each punch glass, then pour over the cold elderflower sparkling wine. This makes a great welcome drink for summer invitations.
