Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 2 pinches of salt
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g semolina
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 400 g cream cheese
- 400 g ricotta
- some butter for the baking pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Carefully separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, and refrigerate. Cream the butter with the sugar and egg yolks until fluffy. Mix in the semolina and baking powder. Carefully stir in the cream cheese and ricotta, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Grease the bottom of the pan with butter, pour in the batter, smooth it out, and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake stand for another 10 minutes with the oven door slightly ajar.
