Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 150 g flour
- 150 g semolina
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Boil the potatoes until soft and then press them through a ricer while still warm. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the flour, semolina, eggs, salt, and nutmeg and knead well. Form into dumplings. Then place the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. This recipe yields approximately 16 dumplings.
