Blueberry – apple – jam with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g blueberries
  • 500 g apples, sour
  • 1 kg gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 40 minutes

Fruity and delicious

Wash and sort the blueberries. Peel, quarter, and dice the apples. Mix the fruit with the sugar, cover, and let it steep overnight. The next day, add the juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 4 minutes. Test for setting. Remove the pot from the heat and immediately pour into jars and seal.
