- 100 g cashew nuts
- 140 g yeast flakes (fine yeast flakes)
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic granules

quick and easy to prepare, vegan and lactose-free
Roughly chop the cashews in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients and grind until everything is blended and a coarse, spreadable powder is formed. It can be heavily seasoned. Tastes great on pasta, avocado, or artichoke cream. It won’t melt.
