- 250 g Minced meat
- 200 g Colorful pasta
- 100 ml Cream 10% fat
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Dried chives
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat in a little oil, add the tomatoes, the cream and the vegetable stock. Let the noodles boil firmly in hot water, drain and add to the minced meat sauce. Put everything in a flat baking dish, sprinkle the cheese over it. And bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
