Noodle and Minced Meat Gratin

The perfect noodle and minced meat gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 200 g Colorful pasta
  • 100 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 1 Can Tomatoes
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Dried chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
  1. Fry the minced meat in a little oil, add the tomatoes, the cream and the vegetable stock. Let the noodles boil firmly in hot water, drain and add to the minced meat sauce. Put everything in a flat baking dish, sprinkle the cheese over it. And bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
