Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spirelli)
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 liter of water
- 4 tsp, heaped broth, instant
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp oregano
- salt and pepper

quick to make and super tasty
Dice the onions to your liking. Brown them with the ground beef. Press in the garlic clove. Then deglaze with one liter of water. Add the stock and tomato paste. Stir everything thoroughly and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the pasta and cook, stirring constantly, until the pasta is tender. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
