Tofu, Pepper and Olive Salad

The perfect tofu, pepper and olive salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Natural tofu
  • 2 tbsp Olives with paprika paste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 size Red pepper
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
  1. Wash, core and cut the pepper into small pieces. Drain the tofu and cut into small cubes. Put the pepper and tofu pieces with the olives in a salad bowl. For the dressing, mix the oil with the vinegar and pour over it. Season to taste with the spices and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
