North Sea toast with salmon and crab

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 8 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 500 g smoked salmon
  • 200 g crab
  • 200 ml Hollandaise sauce, homemade or ready-made product
  • n. B. Pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Toast the bread. Arrange lettuce leaves on top. Place the salmon and some of the crab on top of the salad and pour hollandaise sauce over it. Spread the remaining crab over the hollandaise sauce. Bake for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
