Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 90 g sugar
  • 70 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g QimiQ
  • 180 g nougat (nut nougat)
  • 200 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in the egg yolks and the flour mixed with cocoa. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 240°C for approx. 5-7 minutes. After baking, turn the dough out onto a tea towel sprinkled with granulated sugar, remove the baking paper, and roll up with the tea towel. Allow to cool. For the cream, whisk the QimiQ until smooth and stir in the nougat. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Then fill the cooled roulade with it and decorate. Chill for a while. For flavor, you can add Bailey’s or advocaat. Then firm up further with a little gelatin.
