Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp wine, white, dry
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Delicious with all grilled food
Cream the butter in a warmed bowl until fluffy, stir in the hazelnuts, lemon juice, and white wine, and season with salt and pepper. Then either transfer to a small bowl and chill, or place the butter on cling film, roll it into a log, and chill. Cut into 0.5 cm thick slices before serving.
