Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g chocolate, black, chopped, melted
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Butter, for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the melted chocolate with the butter. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg whites and cocoa powder into the chocolate, pour into 4 buttered baking dishes, and bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for 6-8 minutes.
