Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 4 cl brandy
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly powdered sugar icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake on the bottom shelf at 160 degrees Celsius for about 70 minutes (use a toothpick to test the dough). If desired, frost with powdered sugar. Serve with freshly whipped cream.
