Nut cake without flour

Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 400 g nuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until very frothy. Mix the nuts with the breadcrumbs and baking powder and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased, crumbled pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 65 minutes. Cover with chocolate icing. The nut content keeps the cake fresh for a very long time.
