Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour
- 150 g sugar
- 50 g coconut blossom sugar
- 250 ml hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink)
- 1 banana(s), chopped
- 150 g chocolate, chopped
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g margarine
- n. B. Flour for the form
- n. B. Grease for the mold
- e.g. cinnamon, for the dough
- n. B. Icing sugar, for sprinkling

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
without egg
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until a smooth batter forms. I used dark chocolate, but you can use any chocolate. Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured pan and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. This batter also works well as a muffin batter. However, the baking time is only about 20 minutes.
