Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ bottle flavoring (vanilla)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 75 g cornflakes
  • 100 g nuts, chopped
  • 100 g chocolate shavings or leftovers from chocolate bunnies or Santa Clauses, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pastries for the whole year

Whisk together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, vanilla essence, and eggs. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Then fold in the nuts, chocolate, and cornflakes. Place small mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten slightly, and bake the cookies at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
