Nut cream dessert with peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 120 g walnuts, grated
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 can peach(s), in wedges
  • some walnuts for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the pudding mix with rum and a little milk until smooth. Bring the milk to a boil, then add the pudding mix while stirring. Add the sugar. Remove the pudding from the heat and let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff, add the nuts, and stir in the cold pudding. Layer the cream and peach slices in glasses, alternating them with the peach slices, and garnish with walnuts.
