Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 slices of toast
  • 100 g walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the crust off the toast and dice the slices. Finely chop the walnuts. Toast the bread cubes in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Add the chopped walnuts and toast for about 5 minutes. Let the mixture cool on a paper towel. It goes well with leaf salads and soups. Tip: It also makes a nice gift wrapped in cellophane bags.
