Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g rosehips, crushed
  • 250 g rose petals, red, fragrant
  • 150 g sugar (rock candy), white
  • 700 ml schnapps (fruit schnapps or double grain schnapps)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the crushed rosehips, along with the seeds and the remaining ingredients, in a suitable container and let the sealed container stand in a warm place for approximately 4-6 weeks. Shake daily. Then filter and let the liqueur stand for a while before consumption.
