Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 30 g walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Either mix all ingredients well or shake in a dressing shaker, season with salt and pepper. It goes especially well with lamb’s lettuce or oak leaf lettuce.
