heavenly delicious

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for about an hour. Now divide the dough into two equal pieces. Return one half to the fridge. Roll out the other half of the dough on a floured surface to just under 1 cm thick. Using a 6.5 cm diameter glass, cut out as many circles as the dough will allow (after re-rolling several times). Place the circles on a baking sheet. Cut the banana into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Place a slice in the center of each circle. Spread as much Nutella as you like on the banana slices. You may need more than 100 g. Now take the second half of the dough out of the fridge and shape it into circles in the same way as the first half. Take one circle at a time, flatten it slightly, and carefully place it on the prepared cookies, first in the center and then around the edges, as a lid. Press the edges together. Bake at 150°C fan-assisted oven on the top and/or bottom rack for approximately 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Enjoy while still warm.
