  • 450g Nutella
  • 5 eggs
  • possibly powdered sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Beat the eggs with a hand mixer for 4-6 minutes until frothy. Melt the Nutella in a double boiler and pour it into the egg mixture. Mix with a hand mixer. Spread the brownie mixture onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you don’t have a small baking sheet, you can roll several strips of aluminum foil into strips. Use the strip of aluminum foil to split the baking sheet in half and line one side with parchment paper. Bake for about 18 minutes at 150°C (300°F). Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
