Nutella cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ jar Nutella
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 125 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a recipe invented by my mother.

Mix all ingredients (best in a food processor). Then pour the batter into one or more baking pans, preheat the oven to 180°C, and bake for 45 minutes on fan-assisted mode. Once you’ve taken it out, you can garnish it as desired.
