Nutella muffins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g butter
  • 180 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 12 tsp Nutella
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grease a 12-hole muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Beat the eggs until frothy and mix with the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch into the egg mixture and stir in. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each well, place 1 teaspoon of Nutella on top, and top with 0.5 tablespoon of batter. Bake the muffins for 15 to 20 minutes, then let them cool and remove them from the pan. Note: The Nutella sinks to the bottom during baking. Let it cool thoroughly, otherwise it will stick to the tin. I’ve never tried this recipe with paper baking cups, so I can’t say if it will work.
