Nutella muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 ready-made mix (baking mix) for chocolate cake
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jar morello cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very easy

Mix the baking mix according to the instructions, but stir in Nutella instead of the specified amount of butter. Drain the morello cherries and fold them in at the end. Pour the mixture into muffin cups and bake according to the package instructions. If you like, you can drizzle the muffins with Amaretto and/or cover them with chocolate glaze. A spoonful of whipped cream also tastes great with the warm muffins.
