Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 ml cream, sweet
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g Nutella
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Fat, for the shape
- Flour , for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
super juicy, for 12 pieces
Whisk the cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy, then add the eggs and Nutella and continue whisking for about 3 minutes. Combine the nuts, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix well with the Nutella cream. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50-60 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil towards the end of the baking time, if desired. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate coating.
