Nutella soufflé

Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200g Nutella
  • 4 eggs
  • 70 g sugar
  • some butter for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Recipe from Italy, fluffy soft soufflé with intense Nutella flavor

First, separate the eggs and beat the four egg whites until stiff peaks form. Using a hand mixer, thoroughly beat the egg yolks with the Nutella and sugar. Then fold the egg whites into the mixture (do not stir!). This takes a while, but works well. Grease soufflé dishes with butter and fill them about two-thirds full with the soufflé mixture. I use five medium-sized cups instead of soufflé dishes. You can now refrigerate the raw soufflés until ready to bake, or bake them immediately at 160°C for about 16-18 minutes. Be sure to eat them hot. I like to serve the soufflés with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
