Nutritionist Answers Whether Foods Can Prolong Life

According to the nutritionist, people should regularly include healthy oils with polyacids and various sources of large antioxidants in their daily diet.

Proper nutrition, in certain cases, can increase life expectancy. This was stated by the well-known nutritionist Margarita Koroleva in an interview with the Narodni Novyny portal.

First of all, according to the expert, it is necessary to eat fish, vegetables, and meat regularly.

“You should have protein sources in your diet – meat, and fish. There should be vegetables, for example, cabbage – turnips, radishes, and radishes. They free the body from toxins in a timely manner, and nourish the body with vitamins and minerals,” the nutritionist emphasized.

The Queen added that berries are considered an important source of antioxidants. In addition, the daily diet should include healthy oils with poly acids (for example, peanut butter) and fats (avocado is suitable).

According to Koroleva, foods that contain large amounts of fat, sugar, or salt are particularly dangerous to health. These include fast food and convenience foods.
