Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g whole wheat flour
- 400 g margarine, vegan (Alsan)
- 175 g sugar
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 tsp, heaped vanilla powder
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Mix the flour, sugar, hazelnuts, and vanilla powder. Cut the margarine into small pieces and add. Quickly knead into a dough. Refrigerate the dough for at least one hour. Remove the dough from the refrigerator in portions and roll out on a floured surface, not too thinly. Cut out any shapes you like and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 5-10 minutes. Keep an eye on the cookies after 5 minutes, as the baking time depends on the actual thickness of the cookies. Decorate as desired after baking.
