Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 205 g flour
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g vanilla pudding powder or chocolate pudding powder
- n. B. Icing sugar or chocolate for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Makes about 30 cookies, depending on size
Mix the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar well. Sift the flour and gradually add it, stirring in the pudding mix. Form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then flatten the balls with a fork to create a pattern. Bake at 180-200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 8-12 minutes. Let cool completely after baking. Decorate with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
