Nutty fruity cottage cheese breakfast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 handful of blueberries or fruit to taste
  • 1 handful of nuts (mixed nuts)
  • 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1 dashes liquid sweetener
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Nuts for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low-carb, vegetarian

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Add a handful of the nut mixture and mix. Place a handful of fruit—I used blueberries—in a tall container and blend. Sweeten with a dash of liquid sweetener and stir over the cream cheese. Decorate with the nuts and chopped almonds and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
