Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 1 shot of oil
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- ½ tsp parsley, dried
- ½ tsp dill, dried
- 4 tsp almond butter or hazelnut butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the kohlrabi and dice it. Sauté the kohlrabi cubes in oil in a pan or saucepan, deglaze with the vegetable stock, and reduce the heat to low until al dente. Just before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle the herbs over the kohlrabi, stir in, and sauté for a few minutes. Stir in the almond butter and add salt if desired.
