Ingredients for 30 servings:

  • 120 g butter
  • 300 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 30 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Melt the butter, mix with the oats, and let cool. Beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until thick and fluffy. Fold in the oats. Sprinkle with flour and baking powder and fold in. Place heaping spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet using 2 teaspoons. (Leave some space between the dough pieces, as they will expand slightly.) Bake at 190°C for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and store in a tightly sealed container (or eat immediately).
