Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g rye flour (wholemeal)
- 55 g oat flakes
- 15 g salt
- 1 tbsp bread spice mix
- ½ cube of yeast, fresh
- 375 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Dissolve the yeast in the water by stirring. Combine all ingredients and knead with a dough hook until the dough comes away from the base. Let it rise for about 1.5 hours, then knead thoroughly and transfer it to a prepared loaf pan. Make a few slashes in the surface with a knife, brush with water, and sprinkle with oat flakes. Let it rise for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/convection oven for 10 minutes, then bake for about 50 minutes.
