Oatmeal Cookies

The perfect oatmeal cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 350 g Sugar white
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • 125 g Flour
  • 250 g Oatmeal
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 100 g Raisins
  1. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the oat flakes and gradually fold into the butter mixture. Finally, mix in the raisins.
  2. Place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with two teaspoons. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees (convection) and bake for about 15 minutes. The cookies will run together a little and you have to separate them with a knife. Place the cookies on a cake rack and let cool down.
