Oatmeal Honey Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 75 ml milk
  • 150 g oat flakes, fine

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Combine the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar, honey, eggs, oil, and milk. Quickly mix everything until a smooth batter forms, then fold in the oats. Fill the muffin tin two-thirds full, place it on the oven rack, and bake the muffins at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. You can also use half of the oats with sesame seeds, or sprinkle the muffins with oats before baking.
