Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • ½ apple
  • 100 g low-fat yogurt
  • some lemon juice
  • Sweetener, liquid or some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, peel, and grate the carrots and apple, stir in the yogurt, and season with lemon juice and sweetener or sugar. Note: This recipe is ideal as a snack during a diet, as it helps prevent uncontrollable cravings. Per serving: 0.1 g fat, 1 mg cholesterol
